HERE IS THE UPDATES INFO FOR 2013 RUN-WALK:

We have recently announced that proceeds from this year's run will go toward the Marquette County Veterans Memorial. We have attached a rendering of what the planned memorial will look like when it is built to this e-mail. This run is once again part of the Father Marquette Weekend so plan to stick around and enjoy the parade and all the great activities. The planning is in full swing for our run but there are a few changes this year that we hope will improve our event this year.
Earlier Start - We heard you and agreed that we started too late last year. This year's event will begin at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m. to get everyone off the course before the summer day's heat hits too hard.
Improved Course Marking - We are making slight alterations to the course and will have more course markings and volunteers to keep away from any wrong turns.
Kids Run - Details are still being worked out, but keep watching for more details as we hope to add a Kid's Run to be run before the 5K and 10K take off.
VOLUNTEERS - if you don't want to run or walk this year, but you would be willing to come out and volunteer, we would love to have you and would appreciate all the helpers we can get. Let us know and we'll respond with what opportunities there are.

QUESTIONS OR SUGGESTIONS - We would love to see you again and always want to keep improving your experience for the run/walk. Along those lines, we'd love to hear any questions you might have or any suggestions you have to help us improve our event.
